Driving down to the East End mall in Armidale, NSW one warm and sunny Saturday morning in spring 2003, Kam looked across some of Armidale’s pristine parklands and could not see one family outside enjoying some fun and games in the sun. It was at this point that Kam decided to take a stand for all of the people around him to start to enjoy a higher quality of life, be fit and active, and lead by example to our next generation, creating a love of sports and outdoors amongst a computer generation.

Our Mission statement reads:

“KAMS Health & Fitness operates in the possibility of creating a shift in humanity through education, inspiration and courage with an emphasis on fun”

Utilising a background in Physical Education, Exercise Science and family run business ideals, KAMS Health & Fitness is much more than a personal training company.  KAMS Health & Fitness is a science based company bringing never before seen levels of professionalism to local sports, a tool through which people can transform their lives forever and a system of training and education that makes healthy lifestyles and fitness accessible to every member of our community.
